Ending a Self-Exclusion

For exclusions of 6 months to 5 years, you may request reinstatement after the full exclusion period has elapsed by contacting our support team. jyan9 will apply a mandatory 7-day reflection period before any reinstatement is processed. For permanent self-exclusions, reinstatement is not available under any circumstances.
