01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jyan9 online betting and casino platform, operated under the brand name jyan9 and accessible at jyan9.app ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any part of the jyan9 service.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or game-specific terms that jyan9 may publish from time to time. All such documents are incorporated by reference and form part of your binding agreement with jyan9.

jyan9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, jyan9 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

If you are accessing jyan9 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In all other cases, these Terms are a personal agreement between you as an individual and jyan9.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jyan9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited for personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold any other active account on the jyan9 Platform (one account per person is strictly enforced).
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of jyan9 or any affiliated company, unless you have received prior written approval.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from jyan9 or any related platform.

Age Verification

jyan9 may at any time request documentary proof of age from any registered player. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. During any age verification review, the player's account may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in permanent account closure.

Players are encouraged to use the parental controls available on their device or internet service provider to prevent minors from accessing online gambling content. 03 Account Registration & Security

To place bets or play casino games on jyan9, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the point of registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the jyan9 Platform at any one time. Opening duplicate, parallel, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name — is strictly prohibited. If jyan9 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual (identified by, but not limited to, shared IP address, shared payment method, shared device fingerprint, or shared physical address), jyan9 reserves the right to close all such accounts, cancel all pending bets, and confiscate any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jyan9 account credentials, including your username and password. jyan9 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jyan9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jyan9 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jyan9 will take prompt action to investigate and secure the account. Any transactions that took place prior to your notification will be treated as authorised unless there is clear evidence of a security breach on jyan9's systems.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

jyan9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents (such as a national identity card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership at any stage during their use of the Platform. jyan9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jyan9 supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jyan9 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by default, although jyan9 may apply limits at its discretion for security or fraud prevention purposes. Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly for mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank card deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your jyan9 account balance.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made using a third-party payment account are prohibited. Any deposit traced to a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless jyan9 has approved an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). In some cases, processing may take up to 72 hours if additional verification is required.

jyan9 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees. jyan9 reserves the right to request documentary verification before processing any withdrawal above a certain threshold, at its absolute discretion.

Currency & Conversion

All balances, bets, and transactions on jyan9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jyan9 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or mobile financial service provider are outside jyan9's control and are borne by the player.

05 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jyan9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question, as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the bet. These general Terms operate in conjunction with those specific rules. In the event of any conflict, the sport-specific or game-specific rules will take precedence.

Sports Betting

Pre-match bets are placed before the relevant sporting event commences. In-play (live) bets are placed during an ongoing event with odds updating in real time. jyan9 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to changes in live play, technical issues, or market integrity concerns. A bet that has been accepted by jyan9 will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, jyan9 will void all outstanding bets on that event and return stakes to players' accounts. Specific rules for cricket markets — including rules governing rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments in BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup matches — are detailed in the sport-specific rules section within the Platform.

Casino Games

All casino games available on jyan9 — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or rely on verifiably live dealing from professional studio environments. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game's information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes (card deals, roulette spins) and are not influenced by jyan9's systems.

jyan9 accepts no responsibility for service interruptions caused by the player's internet connection, device, or browser. If a game session is interrupted after a bet has been accepted and confirmed by jyan9's servers, the bet stands and will be settled according to the recorded outcome. If a game session fails before a bet is confirmed, the bet is void and the stake is returned.

Maximum Winnings

jyan9 applies maximum winnings limits on a per-game and per-event basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. jyan9 reserves the right to withhold any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum limit and to restrict or close accounts that have achieved such winnings through irregular or suspected fraudulent activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jyan9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh celebrations. All promotional offers are discretionary and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jyan9 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, some live dealer games or low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — consult the individual promotion terms for details.

Bonus Abuse

jyan9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"); coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched or arbitrage bets. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled, their bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that have not been used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry date applicable to any bonus credited to their account.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

jyan9 maintains a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in any game or sports market. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game in your favour or for the benefit of any third party.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using jyan9 to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening language, or offensive behaviour directed at jyan9 staff or other players.

jyan9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may be required to disclose player account information and transaction records in response to a valid legal request. Players who are found to have engaged in criminal conduct in connection with the use of jyan9 may be reported to the relevant authorities.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may close your jyan9 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled normally. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Once an account is closed, any unused bonus funds are forfeited.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should clearly state this in their request. jyan9 operates a dedicated self-exclusion process under its Responsible Gaming Policy. Suspension or Closure by jyan9

jyan9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being operated in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include (but are not limited to): suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, provision of false registration information, violation of the one-account policy, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or any conduct that jyan9 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed by jyan9 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money deposits — may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. jyan9 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the player in writing. Where no breach is subsequently confirmed, the player's real-money balance will be returned in full.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jyan9 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

jyan9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. jyan9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jyan9 does not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible from all geographic locations at all times.

In no event shall jyan9's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you deposited into your jyan9 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jyan9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Third-Party Services

jyan9 integrates third-party services including game software from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi, as well as payment processing services from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners. jyan9 is not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of these third-party services. Any dispute arising directly from a third-party service should be directed to that service provider in the first instance.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments

jyan9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. For material changes, jyan9 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the new Terms take effect. jyan9 will return your real-money balance upon account closure under such circumstances.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jyan9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, communications, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
